Idearia.
Project Name: Idearia
Client: Kyndryl
Year: 2025
Work conceptual description:
A new ritual to decide.
The most important decisions do not always arise from logic, but from intuition, from that instant when an idea seems to make its way through uncertainty. Idearia is a piece conceived for managers and business leaders who, in times of crisis, need to find clarity in complexity.
Deciding is an art. Or a game.
Ana Illueca has created Idearia as a pause in the middle of the noise. An invitation to let go of tension and let intuition do its job.
When the critical moment arrives, when everything accumulates and the head does not stop, this piece proposes another way to face the decision: to let the ball drop and see where it goes. Because, in the end, everything moves forward.
Ceramic, with its weight and texture, anchors thought in the tangible, while chance introduces an unexpected element: a reminder that every choice involves a part of uncertainty.
The object proposes a ritual: place the golden ball in the center, roll it and accept the answer that chance offers. Three possible paths – Wonderful, Brilliant and Great – guide the decision making, transforming the pressure into a playful and reflexive gesture.
From the first sketch to the last finish, Idearia has been an experiment in chance and control. A balance between what we plan and what happens.
A corporate gift with meaning, turning stress into play, and doubt into possibility.
